Welcome to Jane Lewis Celebrant — Civil ceremonies created with warmth, compassion, and heartfelt care.
Based in Biggleswade and working nationwide, I craft personalised ceremonies that honour life’s most meaningful moments. Trained with the International College of Professional Celebrants, my work is guided by professionalism, empathy, and genuine human connection.
My background in Oncology, Palliative Care, and End of Life Nursing has shaped my deep respect for the experiences that bring us together during life's challenging times. These years taught me the importance of listening, holding space, and supporting people with kindness during life’s milestones.
My love for wedding ceremonies began when accompanying people living with dementia to family celebrations. Seeing the power of love, belonging, and togetherness inspired me to create ceremonies that reflect the true heart of each couple’s story.

Over time, I have been privileged to bring this experience into my work as a celebrant, helping to create meaningful ceremonies for people near and far. I am based in Biggleswade, close to my beloved children and grandchildren, and am blessed with a wonderful circle of friends. My passion for travel has led me to explore diverse corners of the globe, where I have enjoyed immersing myself in new cultures and experiences. These adventures have enriched my life and broadened my understanding of what makes each person’s story unique and special. As a self-confessed social butterfly, I thrive on meeting new people and building genuine connections. This enthusiasm for people naturally complements both my love of travel and my vocation as a celebrant. My commitment to each family I work with is unwavering; I strive to offer a truly personalised service, working closely with you to ensure your hopes and dreams are brought to life in your ceremony.
